It now however seems, we can't always connect growth and prosperity; and that contradiction is becoming more evident every day. And; it's been more than a year and half since the unprecedented 7.0 magnitude earthquake devastated Haiti, the Caribbean island nation already the poorest in the western hemisphere. Since then, it's been one disaster after the next for the Haitians; not the least of those being the cholera epidemic brought to the country by UN soldiers. Roger Annis is a coordinator with the Canada Haiti Action Network, and he's just returned from a fact finding delegation mission to Haiti.
