and self-confessed former "economic" hitman. His best-selling book,
'Confessions of an Economic Hitman' offers a rare insider's look at the
rude underbelly lying beneath the polished veneer of sophisticated
operatives who define and decide the fate of nations.
The purpose of Bill C-51 is to quote: "[T]o modernize certain offences
in the Criminal Code and the Competition Act to take into account new
communications technologies and to equip law enforcement agencies with
