Conservative Canadian prime minister, Stephen Harper recently backed down on an attempt by his government to rescind broadcast regulations forbidding false news reports.
It was believed the move was Harper's contribution to enabling a hard right-wing network, cut in the form of FOX, be launched in Canada. Sun TV hoped to be the first Faux news outfit operating above the 49th parallel, but the insistence by law they tell the truth is slowing progress towards a giant media propaganda arm.
Here's how Bill O'Reilly's program lies in words, and especially through the use of pictures taken out of context.

I live in Wisconsin and was there on Saturday. 20 degrees
and no palm trees. The only sign of a horse was the Horses Ass
Governor. This guy is not qualified to teach our children because he
doesn't have a college degree. YELLOW JOURNALISM.
Scientists in dreary old Englandtowne have learned that
people who cleave to a more conservative ideology have a larger
amygdala, the part of the brain that controls "anxiety and emotion," and
a smaller anterior cingulate, which controls bravery and optimism.

I am 100% sure there no palm trees in Wisconsin (look near the top of the screen at the 0:26 - 0:31 mark).
Fox News is such a joke.
