It's all over but for the counting for outgoing Ireland's governing party, Fianna Fail. A record of political hubris combined with the financial catastrophe's, still unraveling the monetary order around the world, especially cruel blow to Ireland, there was no way Mr. Cowan's party could survive a poll.
