Dictator Duvalier Returns

Duvalier, son of dictator Francois "Papa Doc" Duvalier, who together with his father terrorized Haiti for nearly three decades before being forced out of power by a popular uprising in 1986.
Reuters reports, Duvalier arriving via an Air France flight from Paris, and being greeted by "dozens of supporters." Duvalier had until today lived in exile in Paris.
The reason for Duvalier's return is not yet clear, though he reportedly made comments on arrival of political engagement now, during the country's political and socially chaotic environment.
