Jody McIntyre, BBC Goons, and
Police Who Attack the Disabled
by C. L. Cook
I've just witnessed the worst piece of reportage I can remember. BBC presenter, Ben Brown for Newsnight, the networks' premier news program, is attempting to sandbag Jody McIntyre, a London man thrown from his wheelchair and roughed up during recent protests in England against the dramatic rise in education fees.
The cretin actually attempts to make of McIntyre, who suffers cerebral palsy, and whose attack, the second of the day for him, was actually captured on a phone camera, and shown to the audience before the "interview,"sound the aggressor!
McIntyre calls this pinstripe-suited pinhead to proper account in fine form.
Incredible, just as much else of what this hollow husk of journalism emits. Here is the link to the video. Below the break are contact names and numbers for the BBC, and a brief background account.
[UPDATE: I wrote to the BBC to express my disgust at their treatment of this issue; here is their response: Dear Mr Cook

Thank you for your feedback regarding the BBC News Channel broadcast on 13 December 2010.
We appreciate some viewers felt Ben Brown was too challenging during his
interview with student tuition fees protestor Jody McIntrye.
The Controller for the BBC News Channel Kevin Bakhurst has written a blog in response to these concerns, it can be seen at:

Thanks again for taking the time to contact us.
