Richard Marshall Acquitted in 35

Year Old Aquash Murder Case

The Rapid City Journal reports today, a federal jury took less than two hours to throw out conspiracy charges in the murder of Annie Mae Aquash in 1975.

The prosecution failed to make its case Marshall provided the alleged killers, John Graham, Theda Clark, and Arlo Looking Cloud with the pistol the State says was used to kill Aquash.

 

John Graham was extradited from Canada, and is expected to go on trial for the Aquash killing in July.
