Epic court case concludes, Bear Mtn in bankruptcy protection

Hi folks, come down and watch our lawyers deliver the coup de grace to the Skirt Mountain developers. It's very sad - the developers discovered Thursday that their partners in the interchange, Len Barrie and Bear Mountain Master Partnership, have gone into court-ordered creditor protection.
Worse, they had to hear it from me, because I got the call just as we all left the courtroom, and I immediately announced the news to everyone. We note it's exactly two years since we launched the Boycott Bare Mountain campaign, and one year since the creation of the WTF Langford? blog.
Did we predict this, or what?
We've gotten a small flood of contributions to the legal defense fund. Thank you so much! All donations to VIC FAN this week are going to Irene Faulkner and Robin Gage, who are working without funding after Langford's legal shenanigans drained our legal fund.
