In just 5 minutes, Dr. Marvin Rosenau - former provincial biologist and current BCIT professor - lays out the evidence against the Campbell Government's official story that lucrative gravel mining in the Fraser River is all about flood protection.
 
 

The mining program, going on right now, has had devastating ecological impacts on important salmon and sturgeon spawning habitat, while financially benefiting, among others, the relative of the former head of program, former Solicitor General John Les.
