Face to Face with David Wilson: Central Saanich resident David Wilson alleges some serious problems with the recent municipal elections there. An RCMP investigation suggested the laying of some 19 charges, but the province has refused to act. Now, a pro-development council is approving developments that many residents believe are out of line with both the Official Community Plan and the Regional Growth Strategy.... These are serious issues impacting both the local area and the broader idea of how our democracy works.
