As you may be aware, there are 13 rallies happening on Saturday, the 19th of Sept. Victoria will be joining this movement, with a Rally at the back of the Legislature Buildings.
The Victoria FIGHT HST Rally will be from 12:00 - 1:30 pm.
Victoria's rally will be reflecting the fact that opposition to the HST is very strong (80%) -- and as indicated in the Global /Ipsos poll the opposition to this un-harmonious sales tax is, much to the surprise of pollsters not specific to any particular demographic.
Speakers will include students, business owners, seniors, politicians, workers, and unions.
