You Are Invited: Victoria Court House Today at 9:45

 Dear All; Mount Newton Neighborhood Association will again be in the Supreme Court tomorrow at 9:45 am, v. The District of Central Saanich, Denford, Knott, Towler, and Berrang.
*Court room numbers are posted on the boards inside the doors as you go into the court house.*
Justice Parrett has seized himself and will be hearing this case through.We would very much appreciate your presence and support in the courtroom.
The District tried again today to have the case adjourned, and is stating that recent evidence is irrelevant, despite the fact that it was placed on a public Council agenda under the same subject heading of this case, and has likewise been sent to the province.
Today, we will be heard on the issues of standing, and whether the judge will allow the District's condition that a bond of nearly $20,000.00 be posted to cover the District's costs in the event that they lose this case.
