Victoria, B.C.- 11:20 am pdt - After a hiatus, the skies above Victoria are again a mucky haze of chemical pollution, deposited there courtesy of the imagined. (or conspiracy theorized) chemtrail flyers. Look up and tell me you don't believe in chemtrails. Then phone the city health department and ask them what effects these chemicals are having on the population. Ask them at the hospitals if the ashtma ward intake is up, etc.
