A second contention was that an urban attack would be but step one in a broader globalist psyop to condition the public to accept Obama as a new heroic figure as part of their final push for a full blown global police state. Such an attack would produce a major national trauma that, in line with experience detailed in the CIA's basic torture manual declassified in 1963, would create a window of opportunity for Obama to be transformed into a protective father figure - a father figure who could offer a narrative on the shocking events that would allow the profoundly disoriented populace to make sense of the trauma. Hence the already extraordinary power of the mind control matrix known as the War on Terror (WOT) would receive a shot in the arm from our new national savior.

My core argument is that the globalists' final battle plan for world dominance calls for additional engineered crises designed to usher in full-blown martial law. I do not believe the globalists want to see protest on any major scale in the U.S. because of the huge number of guns in the hands of the populace and their uncertainty about their prevailing in armed conflict with Americans. I am also struck by the commonplace use of false flag operations as a cold-blooded tool used to serve the interests of the power elite - at the price of massive suffering for the man in the street.

 

In mid-2008 renowned journalist Seymour Hersh made a stunning revelation: Bush administration officials had recently held a meeting in Cheney's office to discuss ways to provoke a war with Iran, e.g., disguising Navy seals to look like Iranians, putting them on boats built to look like Iranian patrol boats, and starting a fake attack on them in the Straits of Hormuz.

 

• "Look, is it high school? Yeah. Are we playing high school with, you know, 5,000 nuclear warheads in our arsenal? Yeah, we are. We're playing, you know, who's the first guy to run off the highway with us and Iran."1

 

The prospect of an October surprise has been heightened by warnings of another al-Qaeda terrorist attack both from U.S. intelligence sources and allegedly from al- Qaeda itself, causing analyst Paul Joseph Watson to observe that media hype over "the inevitability of an October surprise should be a cause for concern," especially when allied to reports of police departments across the country preparing for possible civil unrest and riots during the election.2

Again, my own concern is that a pre-election staged event is planned for Barak Obama's home state, namely a dirty nuke detonated in Chicago - possibly at O'Hare International. It is a concern I base on inherent arguments for its plausibility as well as on information from insider patriots working behind the scenes.

 

Warnings of impending disasters face a Catch 22 in that in the age of the Internet there are many dire predictions that are either hoaxes or cases of deliberate disinformation from the global elite: after the highly touted event does not occur, the originator of the warning claims the credit! But there are also cases of legitimate warnings supported by persuasive inherent arguments and insider "white hat" leaks that do in fact avert a disaster by exposing it widely beforehand.

The scenario of a dirty nuke in Chicago is supported by circumstantial evidence, including red flags identified in the impressive body of information accumulated by the false flag truth movement.  First, prior terrorism drills are correlated with - are often a dry run preparation for - actual staged terrorism at a later time.

 

In the case of Chicago, in May 2003 a weeklong national terrorism drill officially described as a full-scale weapons of mass destruction (WMD) exercise was held simultaneously in the Chicago and Seattle metropolitan areas. Its goal was to assess the nation's capability to respond through federal, state and local efforts to simulated WMD terrorist threats. 

 

Known as TOP OFF (for top officials) II, it involved the cooperative efforts of 25 federal, state and local agencies and the Canadian government. The largest and most comprehensive terrorism response exercise ever conducted in the U.S. as of 2003, it required 20 months to plan and cost $16 million. In Seattle it entailed a simulated dirty nuke, and in Chicago, a simulated biolethal threat and a concurrent building explosion and collapse.

Second, Chicago's anti-protest capability and other security measures have been beefed up for the election, and would thus already be in place for dealing with any civil unrest resulting from a false flag. It is noteworthy that there is at least one detention center in the area, a 1400-person capacity facility 75 miles west of Chicago. It is also noteworthy that in July 2008 the Governor of Illinois requested national guard helicopters for law enforcement in the city as a component of an "elite tactical team" to help fight Chicago "crime."3

The choice of a Presidential election as the occasion of the dirty nuke would readily lend itself to official maligning of the perpetrators for committing horrifying violence during an event so critical to the American democratic tradition. The WOT matrix could thus go into high gear.

If O'Hare were in fact the chosen location, the massive construction currently underway there would provide a convenient cover for the staged event; a 10 KT dirty bomb could easily be carried in and detonated from the back of a truck. And the choice of an international airport of O'Hare's size and volume would significantly amplify the panic resulting from the purported nuclear terrorism.

Even if my concern about an imminent horrific false flag disaster in Chicago has only a small probability of manifesting, it is vital to disseminate it widely with a view to thwarting the plot and all if its attendant horrors. My overriding goal in presenting this material is to avert this plot by exposing it to pubic view, much as a plot to kill Presidential candidate and Congressman Ron Paul in December 2007 was evidently averted through widespread exposure by freedom fighters across the Internet.4

As stated earlier, I believe staged urban terrorism is but step one in a series of several closely timed false flags. A warning of just such a scenario of back-to-back staged plots was given in 1974 by Dr. Wernher von Braun5, who stated that the dark forces controlling world wealth and political power had over a third of a century ago designed a series of escalating false flag events as a means for acquiring total global control.
