False Flags for Denver DNC? Part 3 - False Flags for Denver Revisited on the Anniversary of 9/11

The seventh anniversary of the horrific violence of 9-11-2001 is an
opportunity for profound stocktaking of its effects on our liberties
and our very body politic.
In odious but not surprising contrast, key
actors in the current United States presidential campaign have used
this anniversary to foment fear of another 9/11 or to otherwise exploit
the pain of 9/11 for partisan political gain.
The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation. What is called resignation is confirmed desperation… Unconscious despair is concealed even under what are called the games and amusements of mankind.

When I started this series of articles for Pacific Free Press, my concern was in fact the possibility of another 9/11, viz., major urban staged terrorism in Denver on the the occasion of the DNC in August 2008. This concern was shared by others in the 9-11 truth movement as a result of prior military drills in Denver positing a radioactive bomb, biowarfare, a pandemic, and other forms of putative terrorist danger.
There is no way to know if the truth movement’s efforts to expose the potential for later actual staged terrorism in Denver were instrumental in thwarting it, for the criminal Cabal who does the staging operates in the shadow of secrecy.
But the criminal governance that has historically operated behind the scenes has increasingly come out of the shadows since the unprecedented horror of 9-11, a horror that has served the Cabal's agenda to a degree that none of us could possibly have imagined. Whether one believes that the crime was one of inaction despite prior knowledge of the attacks, or the more heinous one of an “inside job,†it is undeniable that 9/11 has been the centerpiece in justifying and achieving a profound diminishment of the constitutional rights of U.S. citizens and in moving us ever closer to martial law.
Below is a selective summary of some highlights in the incremental march toward martial law since 9/11/2001:
On the morning of 9/11/ 2001, Continuity of Government (COG) plans were put in place providing for backup governance of the nation under Vice President Dick Cheney. In the words of the 9/11 Commission Report, “contingency plans for the continuity of government and the evacuation of leaders were implemented.†(In a telling irony, this contingency governance is designated ‘the shadow government’, a name commonly used to designate the shadowy global elite that has been advancing its agenda for world dominance at a terrifying rate.)
On September 14, 2001, in Proclamation 7463, President Bush proclaimed a national emergency with respect to the 9/11 attacks and the “immediate threat of further attacks on the United States.†Bush has continued to extend this state of emergency and “the powers and authorities adopted to deal with that emergency,†most recently on August 28, 2008.

In April 2002, for the first time in national history, a military command was created for domestic security operations, or “homeland defense:†the Northern Command (NORTHCOM). The head of the long-standing North American Aerospace Command (NORAD) was designated to simultaneously head NORTHCOM, “to command the US forces that operate within the United States in support of civil authorities…not only in response to attacks, but for natural disasters.â€
In its role as the homeland security command, a key contingency addressed by NORTHCOM is the threat of weapons of mass destruction, whether nuclear, biological or chemical, within our own territory. In the urban warfare drills in mid-2008 in Denver (70 miles north of NORTHCOM’s headquarters at Peterson Air Force base in Colorado Springs), a radioactive nuclear bomb that could kill up to 20,000 people was posited. The drills were conducted by the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), which coordinates all the military branches’ crack commando units from Army Rangers to Navy SEALS. NORTHCOM has worked closely with SOCOM, as well as with branches of non-military agencies and departments, to ensure unity of command over any post - 9/11 operations.

In September 2005 George Bush, as United States Commander in Chief, made a trip to NORTHCOM’s headquarters in Colorado Springs to observe during an “Operation Granite Shadow†demonstration that took place in the DC metropolitan area. Granite Shadow is a Top Secret operation for U.S. military takeover of the United States without civilian supervision or control during an extreme national emergency, such as the detonation of a nuclear weapon in a metropolitan area.1
The vast Colorado Springs military complex (see below) is the locus chosen for the government to function if the eastern United States becomes an inhospitable environment. NORTHCOM is the designated military command for overseeing martial law in the United States, and the Colorado Springs complex is the designated location.

Beginning in January 2006 an alarming item on the US Army web site was publicized: the Army Corps of Engineers had awarded the private corporation Halliburton a $385 million construction job to build domestic detention centers to deal with “an emergency influx of immigrants into the US, or to support the rapid development of new programs.†The following month The New York Times reported that the centers, each capable of holding 5,000 people, would be built for the Department of Homeland Security for an unexpected immigrant influx, for housing in the event of a natural disaster, or “for new programs that require additional detention space.†An Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman declined to say what these new programs might be, but Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) suggested US “Fifth Columnists†(citizens labeled as sympathizing with the enemy) as a new target for the Bush administration’s domestic anti-terrorist operations.2 And a number of independent journalists hypothesized that the centers might be intended to detain US citizens in the event of martial law. Along these same lines, several years earlier there had appeared an ominous account of the potential purpose of the camps by then Attorney General John Ashcroft, as reported by the L.A. Times in August 2002 in an article titled “Camps For Citizens: Ashcroft’s Hellish Vision:â€
- Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft's announced desire for camps for U.S. citizens he deems to be "enemy combatants" has moved him from merely being a political embarrassment to being a constitutional menace. Ashcroft's plan, disclosed last week but little publicized, would allow him to order the indefinite incarceration of U.S. citizens and summarily strip them of their constitutional rights and access to the courts by declaring them enemy combatants.â€3
Even CNN entered the debate:
- “If Padilla and Hamdi are feeling lonely, they may soon have company.
Attorney General Ashcroft and the White House are considering creating military detention camps for all U.S. citizens deemed by the administration to be enemy combatants.†4
- The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 was signed into law by George Bush on October 17, 2006, overturning previous statuatory prohibitions on deploying the armed forces within the United States and more generally on military involvement in domestic law enforcement. The new Act allowed the President to declare a public emergency and, without the consent of State governors or local authorities, to station troops and take control of state-based National Guard units if deemed necessary to suppress “any insurrections, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy.â€
The Act also assigned the Pentagon a central role in martial law operations by authorizing the Secretary of Defense to take steps to “improve the effectiveness of Department of Defense (DOD) processes for identifying and deploying relevant DOD technology to federal, State and local first responders.â€
The Pentagon has steadily expanded its domestic operations in the areas of intelligence gathering, surveillance, and counterintelligence, while using a very broad concept of terrorist threat and terrorist “affiliates.†Its Strategy for Homeland Defense and Civil Support strategy paper calls for transforming US military forces to execute homeland defense missions in the country as well as outside US territory. Such missions have operationally included domestic crises, as in the case of heavily armed paramilitary mercenaries from the Blackwater private security firm (employed notably in Iraq) patrolling the streets of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
The US military has also been heavily involved in training and arming state and local law enforcement across the country. Operations have not been limited to training exercises or even to terrorist threats: in domestic situations involving peaceful protestors, local law enforcers have employed new tactics for suppressing dissent and have been armed with some of the same weaponry used in Iraq against an external opponent.

The Military Commissions Act was signed into law on the same day as the John Warner Defense Authorization Act, and effectively abolished habeas corpus by permitting a military alternative to the constitutional justice system for “any person†regardless of American citizenship. Who constututes an “enemy combatant†became the sole discretion of the President. And the law prohibited detainees from appealing to the traditional American courts until after prosecution and sentencing, thereby permitting indefinite imprisonment (since the law gave no timetables). The law similarly threatens other constitutional protections in the Bill of Rights, such as a speedy trial, the right to reasonable bail, and the ban on cruel and unusual punishment.
- In May 2007, Bush issued National Security Directive No. 51 giving himself, on his own initiative, the power to control the executive, legislative, and judicial branches in the event of a catastrophic national emergency, defined with alarming elasticity as 1) “any incident, regardless of location†that would “damage or disrupt†US population, economy, or government functions; and 2) any incident in any foreign country that would seriously “damage or disrupt†the US economy.
There is no language in Directive 51 that requires Bush to obtain the consent of Congress before he assumes such power; nor is there acknowledgement that under existing law he is required to do so. Directive 51 ignores the existing National Emergencies Act, and in so doing authorizes Bush, or if he is disabled, the Vice President, to control all functions of government for the duration of the emergency “and afterward†(“duration†and “afterward†are not defined.)
Presidential Directive 51 assumes that the Vice President will not be disabled and specifically instructs agencies to coordinate with him regarding any questions surrounding succession. It makes no mention of any coordination with the Speaker of the House—who, according to the Constitution, is next in line. Whatever the nature of the emergency, the Directive assumes that succession will not have to go further than the Vice President.
The details of the directive were classified, and were denied even to appropriate members of Congress who requested access, a chilling benchmark in the shift in power to the shadow government.
This selection of the post-9/11 benchmarks moving us toward martial law is far from complete, as it would take volumes to do justice to the “full spectrum dominance†the shadow government has pursued in the past seven years. It would take additional volumes to do justice to the measures taken well before 9/11, and taken under the leadership of both political parties.
In consulting the impressive body of scholarship already available, I have developed the following list of what I have come to call “Prerequisites of the Elitist Agenda.â€
- Scientific Manipulation of Human Nature and Behavior
- The War on Terror as the Core “Control Matrixâ€
Loss of National Sovereignty Economic Disparity Loss of Political and Legal Rights
- Enforcement Mechanisms (notably, Surveillance Mechanisms, Personal Identification Technologies & Databases, and Implantable Microchips)
- The Militarization of Domestic Law Enforcement
- The Elimination of Dissidence
- Full-Scale Martial Law Following another Major False Flag
The first several items on the list fall under the rubric of controlling the perceptions and behavior of the populace through mental and emotional manipulation of the very reality it experiences. Naomi Klein and others have written brilliant accounts of the use of 9/11 for this agenda. In the CIA’s basic interrogation manual declassified in 1963, a window of opportunity is highlighted in which torture reduces its victim to a state of traumatized disorientation and childlike regression, creating an opening for the interrogator to be transformed into a protective father figure. In the view of Klein and others, this modality was used after the shock of 9/11 to create a national “lens of perception,†a template to be used by the mind to reflexively process all relevant concepts in terms of the ‘war on terror.’5
Another powerful form of mind control used by the global elite to control the populace is to induce widespread depression stemming from a feeling of futility, a concept known in clinical psychology as ‘learned helplessness’. It brings to mind the famous quote from Thoreau given at the outset that “the mass of men lives of quiet desperation,†which went on to state that “what is called resignation is confirmed desperation.â€
Thoreau also foreshadowed the measures employed by the global elite to dumb down the populace and to distract it from its awful condition by appealing to the lowest common denominators of human nature: “Unconscious despair is concealed even under what are called the games and amusements of mankind.â€
Regarding the category of items I call enforcement mechanisms, I call your attention to a distinction in the field of Political Science between the comparative efficacy of brute force and the power to hurt in the wielding of power. A classic example is the application of American power to achieve the unconditional surrender of Japan in World War II: if the US had attempted to continue to use brute force to overcome Japanese military forces and occupy Japan (as the Allied Forces had done in Germany), it would have been far more cumbersome than the infinitely more efficient method of terrifying the Japanese through the use of atomic bombs against two civilian targets. This use of the power to hurt, with the implicit threat of its continued use on a wider basis, got virtually immediate results.
Many of the psychological warfare techniques used by the global power elite rely on the power to hurt, with all of its horrible efficiency or “cost effectiveness.†For example, as the populace witnesses the official acceptance of torture by Western “democratic†regimes, as well as their increasing brutalization of ordinary citizens (e.g., the spreading use of taser guns to inflict the pain of massive electrical shock and even death), it inevitably adopts a mode of self-protective retrenchment or “self-censoring.â€
In a pervasive climate of fear, protest and dissidence become less and less likely, and the march to a full-blown police state is thereby facilitated.
In addition to its use of the power to hurt, the global elite is far advanced in developing an apparatus that also utilizes brute force and associated technologies, including personal identification, surveillance, tracking, and implantable microchips. These are being introduced and justified piecemeal across the world and are collectively contributing to the infrastructure needed for enforcing martial law and tyrannical government.
In considering the last prerequisite on the list, full scale martial law following another major false flag, I am grateful to the 9/11 truth movement (which in actuality is a false flag truth movement) for its accumulation of an impressive body of evidence on the anatomy of false flag operations and on their common precursors.
In examining these red flag precursors, I am still drawn to the wider Denver area, including the nearby Colorado Springs military complex, not only because the latter has been designated as the central location of the shadow government in overseeing martial law in the United States, but also because the area is a military and intelligence hub that is so commanding (pun intended):
- The Denver suburb of Aurora is home to Buckley Air Force Base, which is used jointly by the National Reconnaissance Office and the National Security Agency, and is the largest consolidated intelligence base in the Western Hemisphere.
- Colorado Springs, just 70 miles south of Denver, is the locus of a vast military complex that includes the Schriver and Peterson Air Force Bases, the Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, Fort Carson Army Base, and the United States Air Force Academy, all connected by underground tunnels and subways.
- These facilities function as headuarters for both NORTHCOM and NORAD , as well as for the U.S. Space Command and the 50th Space Wing, whose officially stated mission includes operating spacecraft for “combat operations from, in, and to space.â€
- The Air Force Academy, which educates future air and space officers, is also adjacent to a secret Military Astronaut Academy, hidden within a mountain, which trains military astronauts to operate exotic antigravity combat spacecraft.
As more and more analysts point to the potential for a coming false flag operation at least on the scale of 9/11, I thus come full circle back to the Denver, Colorado area, the area of my original concern about staged terrorism at the time of the DNC. I still have a concern about a false flag in that area. I am also currently researching the integration of US martial law and COG planning with that of other countries also controlled by the global financial elite. Thanks to Presidential Directive 51 and other measures, martial law in the U.S. would ipso facto extend to Canada and Mexico as a result of the (largely secret) advances in implementing a North American Union. Under martial law the U.S. President would assume authoritarian control over the three governmental functions—executive, legislative and judicial—for all three nations.
The integration of the militaries of the US, Canada and Mexico is now out in the open; it was recently underscored in an alarming speech by the commander of NORTHCOM and NORAD, General Victor Renuart. 6 But more exposure is needed of the relationship between US martial law and COG arrangements with those of other regions and nations controlled by the globalist puppet masters . Look for this work under the title “Integrated Global Martial Law Planning and Infrastructure.â€
Although our stocktaking on this seventh anniversary of 9/11 must acknowledge the grievous wounding of our Republic, it must also take heart that her setbacks are only temporary.
Freedomkeepers everywhere are working together as never before to overcome the opponent and to devise reformations that support our inherent right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
