Institute and funder of Ceasefire.ca about the Canadian military
planned deployment of low-power laser weapons, also known as "laser
dazzler" to Afghanistan and its dangerous effect on the civilian
population.
Mehdi's Second guest is Joan Russow of the Snakes in the
Grass who demonstrated last Sunday aganist the Pacific Northwest
Economic Region convention in Vancouver.
