by Freedom Socialist 2012 Presidential Campaign
May Day greetings from the Freedom Socialist Party 2012 Presidential Campaign! On this international working-class holiday, we celebrate a day in recent years given new life and power by Latino immigrant workers.
FSP presidential candidate Stephen Durham will be speaking at the Los Angeles Southern California Immigration Coalition Rally, demanding opening the borders and an end to deportations.
To schedule a California interview with Stephen Durham, contact Mary Ann Curtis, Los Angeles Campaign Coordinator, at 323-610-2479. For interviews with Christina López, contact Doug Barnes, National Campaign Coordinator, at 206-326-9771.
As the statement below by Yolanda Alaniz makes clear, the Durham/López platform stands strong for immigrants' right to vote, and their unconditional right to be in the United States, free of anti-immigrant witch-hunts. To promote this unique socialist feminist campaign that defends immigrants and all workers, we will March on May Day!
