The BC Environmental Assessment Office, Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency, and Compliance Energy are holding a public meeting this afternoon (open house) and this evening (presentations and Q&A) in Port Alberni. It's about the environmental assessment for the Raven Underground Coal Project, a proposed coal mine near Fanny Bay.
 
If you're in the neighbourhood, it's at the Port Alberni Athletic Centre, 3727 Roger Street.

For those of you who won't be there, but want to know what's going on ... do we have a solution for you!
